"I was just informed that two repatriation flights from the United States, with a large number of Illegal Criminals, were not allowed to land in Colombia. This order was given by Colombia’s Socialist President Gustavo Petro, who is already very unpopular amongst his people. Petro’s denial of these flights has jeopardized the National Security and Public Safety of the United States, so I have directed my Administration to immediately take the following urgent and decisive retaliatory measures: -Emergency 25% tariffs on all goods coming into the United States. In one week, the 25% tariffs will be raised to 50%. -A Travel Ban and immediate Visa Revocations on the Colombian Government Officials, and all Allies and Supporters. -Visa Sanctions on all Party Members, Family Members, and Supporters of the Colombian Government. -Enhanced Customs and Border Protection Inspections of all Colombian Nationals and Cargo on national security grounds. -IEEPA Treasury, Banking and Financial Sanctions to be fully imposed. These measures are just the beginning. We will not allow the Colombian Government to violate its legal obligations with regard to the acceptance and return of the Criminals they forced into the United States!" --Donald J Trump

Unfortunately, for people like you. That would ultimately be determined by the state prosecutors office. Why are you having such a hard time understanding this? Even more pressing, why are you getting so triggered. If we were having this conversation face to face. I feel I would have already had to defend myself from you.

Florida law does allow for self-defense, but excessive force beyond what is deemed necessary can lead to charges of manslaughter or murder if it results in death. The legal system examines whether the force used was reasonable under the circumstances, and if it's found excessive, convictions can occur.

Michael Drejka Case: In 2019, Michael Drejka was found guilty of manslaughter for the fatal shooting of Markeis McGlockton over a dispute involving a handicapped parking space. This case was notable because it involved the application of Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law, where Drejka's self-defense claim was rejected by the jury, leading to a manslaughter conviction. So, as I said. You may make the decision that it's self defense. Prosecutors office may have a different opinion.

@MrGreen7282869 @GetUpStandUp42O Point to the event in this video that your lawyer could potentioanlly use as an example of why you felt an imminent threat. I'll pretend I'm the state prosecutor. We'll role play this.

If someone decides to assault me in my home and I fight them off. That's self defense. If someone assaults me, we fight, they give up and want to leave and I lock the door and continue beating them. I just committed a crime. The same applies to this. If you're punching someone in the face who's obviously trying to leave then you become the aggressor and there's no reality where a self defense argument is going to stand. Like I said. You can do whatever you want. The Law, however, will be sure that what you did was justified. There's a reason conceal carry holders also buy insurance in the event they have to use their firearm. There's people sitting in prison right now who started out defending themselves and ended up becoming the aggressor. Pride, and ignorance of laws is generally the reason for it.

You have to prove that you felt an imminent and direct threat to your personal safety. Choking a kid unconscious, after striking him unopposed multiple times as he tries to turn his back and leave is going to be a prosecutors wet dream if you DID inadvertently kill him. You can make whatever personal choice you want. No one's questioning your bad-assery here bro. But those impulsive actions can and will land you in a court room.

A man shot two other men who walked into his home through an open door and assaulted him for allegedly abusing their sister whom he was involved with. He was defending himself from a brutal beating. Where that changed is when his attackers turned to flee and he continued to shoot them. Even following outside and making sure he permanently dealt with one of them. This is called.. murder. Regardless of the situation that sparked the fire. You're still expected to respond with reasonable force. This kid wasn't even attempting to attack this dude. In-fact, we never actually seen him try and stab the other kid. Good luck trying to explain how you felt you were going to be stabbed with a pencil...in school..where pencils are in everyone's hand at anytime. The kid even turned his back. Clearly submissive, and was grabbed from being and choked unconscious. Do you think self defense equals revenge?

@MsLaToshaBrown Bill Clinton did something very similar. It didn't work out so well. In-fact, it worked so poorly that our banking institutions almost went broke.
