Tears were shed today in memory of Leo Ross. A huge thank you to all the Bluenoses who came together today to remember Leo and pay tribute. Your love and care shows what our club is all about. Thank you also to the Rotherham fans for their floral tribute and fundraising. Pure class.

I’m doing the Blue Nose Day sleepout. 11,500 kids are known to the Birmingham Children’s Trust, sadly a significant number will not get a gift this Christmas. We want to change that. Every £5 brings one more gift. Please support if you can.

Next Thursday marks 50 years since the pub bombings tore our city apart. Let’s bring Birmingham to a stand still for one minute next week as we remember the 21 lives lost. But we should also remember the acts of unity that night which showed Birmingham pulling together; those were the police, fire brigade, ambulance drivers who sped to the scene, the doctors and nurses who rushed back to work, taxi drivers who shuttled the injured to hospital. Birmingham remembers. Let’s all join in!
