#TBT to 2015, Ft Gordon, GA. In the zone, as I watch my Soldier crush his PT test after he got handed to me with 3 weeks to make it happen. He passed all events....and puked at the end of the run. Success. 💯🤣🫡🇺🇸 Proud NCO moment. I miss those days. When Soldiers threw their everything into something because 1) they truly cared and took pride in being a Solider, and 2) they'd listen and follow their NCO anywhere. He had piss-poor leadership prior to me. I went the extra mile to ensure I gave him the tools to succeed. It was then up to him to implement them.
