Just reviewed 200+ demos for Short Circuit. My takeaways:
- Some tracks w/ great grooves but no hook
- A lot of heavy kicks that don’t fit the style
- A lot of tracks w/ too many drum loops
- Pls don’t copy big artists
I shortlisted well under 5% so pls don’t get discouraged!
