Chicken drumsticks are done. For the last 15 minutes, I hit them with @BoneSuckinSauce honey garlic. A lil extra sweet to go with the heat of the mesquite ghost pepper blend from @FireHatchRubs. These should be 💣 💣

The wife has let me have 1 girlfriend. Her name is Reba. I built, and most importantly, love her. That is a truck bed tool box that I use to counter weight, and still be functional. It keeps my wood dry. Show your favorite cooking pics yall

Time to fire up the smoker. Filet open a pork loin, and gonna stuff it with cream cheese, bacon, ham, and spinach. Loin is coated with @FireHatchRubs cajun kicker inside and out. Here is a few pics before stuffing

Got me a free 2 burner Blackstone. Neighbor didn't know how to care for it, and keep it from rusting. I freaking love it. It was rusty as hell. Spent about 30 minutes on initial clean-up. Heating up oil on it now
