Chicken drumsticks are done. For the last 15 minutes, I hit them with @BoneSuckinSauce honey garlic. A lil extra sweet to go with the heat of the mesquite ghost pepper blend from @FireHatchRubs. These should be 💣 💣

Bought me a little webber because @ScottRo83866595 said they are good enough. I must admit, these lil fellers are pretty heavy duty for what they are. Gonna bust out some pork chops to break it in. @ThatDudeBBQ I get to use some more pork puller. Lmfao

Yall. I usually fry turkey. This is the first year I have felt comfortable smoking it. 145 is the magic internal temp.
Turkey is spatchcocked and injected. Gonna hit the smoker at 250 early in the AM. Happy thanksgiving my peeps, as I prolly won't be online tomorrow. Be good, be safe. Much love to you all

Time to fire up the smoker. Filet open a pork loin, and gonna stuff it with cream cheese, bacon, ham, and spinach. Loin is coated with @FireHatchRubs cajun kicker inside and out. Here is a few pics before stuffing

10 more degrees to get to 170 at the point. Grabbed a piece that was off to the side, and the flavor was NUTS. That cajun kicker from @FireHatchRubs is bad ass yall.
They looking good so far. Hour and a half in cooking at a steady 225. Gonna spritz with half water and half pickle juice throughout.
