I agree with you completely. Longest I will go is from a Friday surgery to a Monday PT visit, if I can't get them in on a Saturday! Stiff knee is a tough problem, even for the best therapists. Get them moving early while working on getting swelling down at the same time.

The first was done on August 8. 2013. He was a high school upcoming senior left handed pitcher. Made it back in just under 6 months to pitch his senior year and get a juco spot to pitch. I did 4 of them in the summer and fall of 2013 and waited 6 months before doing more.

I would say to those well-meaning, but un-aware folks, that as with all things medical, there is more than one way to solve a problem. For SOME UCL INJURIES, repair and augmentation with internal brace has allowed for a high rate of return-to-play at a much shorter recovery time
