As per NFL the NFL Rulebook both Kelce and Phillips committed a penalty on the play - both were even fined. Only one was flagged in-game. Any guesses who?

@TaylorHenry9 Chest up compared to a full body shove led by the helmet are totally different. Don’t act like this isn’t how it always is. Dudes always talk after a touchdown like that and it’s always the guy that comes in late that gets the flag. Not just when it’s against the chiefs.
