There is NOTHING in the Constitution that says education is a "RIGHT," or that it can be funded by a state government. Let each parent decide how they want to educate their children in a non-government controlled, totally free-market education system in America. If this was done, then all school taxes would become null and void, and refunded back to parents to use for their children's education, as THEY see fit. Unshackle our children's minds and future from gov't controls, woke indoctrination, and utter incompetence by gov't-run, K-12 schools. The federal Dept of Education should be dismantled. But even more important, all controls or regulations over K-12 education by State or city gov'ts should end and be declared unconstitutional.
Teachers in California spend their time indoctrinating kids in DEI racism & sexism & communism, instead of teaching them the skills that help them succeed in life. This needs to STOP!
