@AmbJohnBolton Problem is when an activist judge most assuredly claims the law is something that it clearly is not.

In a blistering statement, the American Bar Association describes "attacks on constitutionally protected birthright citizenship, the dismantling of USAID and the attempts to criminalize" diversity initiatives as "wide-scale affronts to the rule of law itself."

Sean- you are full of it. JD's point is valid. Executive branch is co-equal and POTUS and his appointees execute their agenda within the confines of legislation. A judge can't prevent POTUS or his cabinet and appointees from lawful use of their powers. The bureaucracy is not a co-equal branch - it works for the Executive.

What a bad joke you are. The point is valid. According to the judge the government bureaucracy isn't accountable to the elected Executive and the persons appointed for oversight with the advice and consent of the Senate. Sec of Treasury can't look at records and Generals cannot command troops. Unconstitutional overreach by an activist political judge who shouldn't be on the bench.

@MacFarlaneNews Idiotic self serving take by Murphy. It is constitutionally permitted and protected exercise of executive powers. Seizing back power from the unelected bureaucrat class, finding and stopping fraud and waste, for love of country. Corrupt purposes my ass.

Unelected judges are supposed to have integrity and fidelity to the Constitution, precedent and ethical standards. Jumping the shark to rule in a politicized manner inconsistent with standards of jurisprudence makes his court a mockery of justice. He needs to be reprimanded and impeached.

Seriously? The judge made a major decision, improperly limited the exercise of legitimate executive branch powers, and did so w/o allowing the Executive branch to argue while providing nearly no analysis of his own. Fraudulent judges acting purely politically should be impeached and disbarred. The "authoritarian impulse" was with the judge and there should be consequences.

@MZHemingway How about @TheJusticeDept and @FBI doing everything possible to find a crime and put Scott Galloway in prison. That was the way DOJ and FBI operated the past 4 years. (JK- operate fairly from now on but if this turd is guilty of something then by all means prosecute him)
