Really tough wind conditions last night. To perform better in those conditions I need to make small changes. With that being said, I was happy with a few punts. Here’s more of a driver, only 4.1 hang, but 51 yards in the air from LOS. And a 4.05 flip-flop placed on the 17 (34).

But out of Frustration comes Resolve, Solace, Reassurance. So what works for me is controlling the amount frustration I have and not always looking at it as a bad thing, because after frustration comes my rest. And that is when we look at our miscues to limit that frustration.

I wanna share something here to hopefully help other athletes out, frustration happens when we know we made the smallest mistake that could’ve translated into great success. Punting is a prime example. My father is great at looking at my failures and turning them into success.

Just Got the Results from the Future Stars Invitational, Avg. Distance was 43.30 and Avg. Hang was 3.78. I feel great after the Eastern Showcase in December my Avg. Was 33. Hang Time will be a huge focus which leads to getting stronger in the weight room.
