Then why did you say that she should be impeached for being overly emotional and shedding tears? If you think she should be impeached for being incompetent - something the majority of MI voters disagree with you, then why didn't you say that? Who's lying, @RichardGrenell

As a hardcore liberal, this is hard to say, but constraining the government means stopping them from policing certain speech. A government official who uses speech doesn't waive 1st Amendment privileges. He is both a gov. actor and a private citizen in this context. Sorry.
So Trump just admitted his election lies and his Ellipse speech are not subject to presidential immunity. Womp womp. END/
