Day 12 without alcohol. I have been fasting 20 hours and following carnivore for 2 days. I am giving it a few days to acclimate to it before I start posting results. I ordered a new fitness tracking scale to post better results. I’m not done bettering myself, not by a damn sight.

I’ve stuck strictly by a rule since before I hit 10k. I will not request anyone “help” me hit a certain number of friends. Two things have resulted. 1: Growth of my account has slowed significantly.
2: The legitimacy and quality of friends I make have improved tremendously.

I spent a lot of my childhood in small country towns. All I ever wanted was to get out and move to a big city. I made it to Dallas in my mid 20s and was very proud of myself. Now in my early 40s the only thing I want is to go back to a small country town. Funny how that works.
