Today at practice, we had lots of moving pieces. A group doing a 3 mile tempo + 3x1k @ 5k down to 3k paces. Other groups did 12-20 x 400 starting at threshold pace working down to 3k pace. About 40 seconds rest between reps. Great strength work hawks 💪
