Questions to ponder If you feel stuck in your life, here are some questions to ask yourself that might help you work out what's going on: 1. Where in your life do you feel like you’re not moving forward? 2. What might be contributing to this feeling? 3. Are there any benefits to staying where you are, even if it’s not where you want to be? 4. What could open up for you if you chose to let go and move forward? 5. What’s one small action you could take to create momentum in this area? If you write down your reflections, it could lead to some actions that result in positive changes in your life.

Do you feel stuck? In our recently released Life Lessons book, the second chapter focuses on how people get stuck in their lives. We call it the "Velcro Principle" because that stuff sure sticks doesn't it! But putting aside why people can't move forward, what can you do on a practical level if you are immobile and don't know what to do? Well... "Do something If you’re not sure what to do, sometimes it helps to just do something, anything, to break the inertia. Clear out a cupboard or a storage room, throw broken things away, give old clothing to charity. If you have clutter, get rid of it. Do one thing that is hard to do, or that you have put off for a long time. Behaving differently causes a shift inside us, and who knows what might come from that action? Try it and see what happens. Take a step forward even if there is resistance. It might not be the exact right move or the perfect action, but it will cause a change in energy that could lead to something wonderful and interesting." “Life is a balance of holding on and letting go.” (Rumi) Link to the ebook:

@AutismCapital It is strange but don't underestimate the power of cognitive dissonance. For people to accept it as a good thing they have to acknowledge how awful the waste and corruption has been. That's hard for people to do as it messes with their view of the world.

@thatsKAIZEN You can't police people's thoughts and you can't make them like people they don't. The issue is if they act on opinions not if they have them.

@RobinWolfe46542 @JesseBWatters @Cernovich Agree, your taxes should benefit American citizens, especially when they are in dire need. Just a bizarre situation to see the waste and incompetence.

@FondOfBeetles Strongly agree, same experience. My lecturers were all ages and shades. It's narcissistic to expect the world to mirror you.

@DailyLoud Nobody should feel any sympathy for someone who has committed multiple crimes and terrorised innocent people. Feel compassion for his victims not him.

@SwipeWright It's such a strange idea that everyone needs to see themselves reflected around them. When I was a student, that thought never entered my mind. 🤔

@KTmBoyle A Season 3 doesn't usually rock but this one has good directing and really gritty acting. Storyline has lots of twists and turns too. 😎

@Bubblebathgirl There were millions of Americans struggling. Why didn't the money go to help them first? It's their taxes.
