@adamfare1996 Agree 100%. It’s utter nonsense. Even for anybody left at home it’s likely to be more costly as by the time they’ve sorted laundry for patient, visited, completed chores there’s little time to cook so ready meals/takeaways needed.

@KatieMagnet I’ve started adding finely shredded raw carrot to salads and may do the same with beetroot. Cider vinegar, olive oil and brown sugar dressing. Yummy x

@KatieMagnet That’s what I ordered it. OH recently diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and heart failure. I’ve managed to persuade him to eat beetroot so juice is next.

@JonjayNeedham1 @KatieMagnet Sorry to hear that Jon. Something has happened that has changed which posts I see in my feed. It has to be the algorithms on here as I’ve not changed anything. I don’t always remember to actively search for posts but will try harder in future
