@brian_lindner1 @ablichvar @UICPhPr Hypoperfusion= initial insult & the catecholamines we use to treat can cause afferent arteriole vasoconstriction & impede renal perfusion. We'll have a poster at ATC on angiotensin ii (more balanced afferent/efferent vasoconstriction) in this setting.
