@HomeCookinMusic @barnes_law I think that Elon identified USAID as a choke point. He knew that they would be incapable of stopping there attack, and therefore identify other possible points of fraud. Dude is strategic as hell. If you are in a fight, you do a throat punch. It’s the only way to end it.
