مريض مصاب بورم سرطاني وله نسبة شفاء عالية جداً .. ويرفض للأسف العلاج المثبت بكل الدلائل بسبب خرافات لم تنجح أبداً
عيادات الأورام مليئة بالقصص الناجحة ولكن مروجين الوهم يخبرونكم بأنه لا يوجد علاج شافي للأورام
للأسف هناك مغالطات منتشرة بين مرضى السرطان تؤدي إلى رفض العلاج الفعال والحديث بسبب هذه المعلومات المغلوطة.لا نقول بعدم الانتباه للتغذية الصحيحة والابتعاد عن السكريات بشكل عام ولكن إستخدامها كعلاج من دون علاج حديث يسبب كارثة صحية ولا ينتبه المريض وأهله إلا بعد فوات الأوان.

I agree with this approach and sequence. Adding that Exclusion may still be an option if endoscopic treatment fails. Instead of Stent > EndoVac therapy ( we have huge success with it in managing leaks )

Nice case ! If I stapled, I wouldn’t oversew and vice versa. Don’t think glue or tachosil helps. Falciform patch is a maybe for me.
