@david__simon It has varied as I have developed in my career. There is some randomness based on the symposium focus for a given year. Some years certain topics are more likely to be the focus because they are "hot" or particularly relevant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a research faculty at the intersection of aging & disability. Reach out with questions. Moving to @PHGSU has been an amazing choice for me. I recommend looking at this position seriously.

Dr. Lopera has left an exceptional legacy that is central to driving progress for Alzheimer's disease. He was truly one of the kindest people I have met in the field - this is a true loss. But I am so grateful for what he has led and that I had an opportunity to meet him.
Todos aprendimos de ti de cómo hacer ciencia aprendiendo de la naturaleza, pero mucho más sobre cómo ser mejores personas. Nos inspiraste a todos. Que dolor tu partida. Te vamos a extrañar siempre. Buen viaje Francisco Lopera 1951-2024
