I started this the day the Bruins were eliminated in April. I struggled to figure out what story to tell about Year 1 behind the mic at TD Garden, but that story was right in front of me. Thanks to @samjuan2878 for proofing. Here’s my story.

Great work!
ESPN scrambled to air what was thought to be Luka Dončić’s Lakers debut. They moved a top 10 college basketball game to ESPN2 and well as the tipoff of Duke vs Clemson to accommodate. Now Dončić AND LeBron James are both out for today’s game.

This is absolutely gutting, and hits close to home considering how frequently traveling sports freelancers like me use DCA. Praying hard for all impacted.
OMG—Video showing American Airline flight ✈️ 5342 colliding with a helicopter 🚁 on approach to DCA airport just over the Potomac River. The AA 5342 is a Bombardier CRJ700 with a capacity of 68-73 passengers. Explosion visible on footage from the Kennedy Center.
