@CurtLiliegreen Største misforståelse jeg oplever når folk snakker bolig i KBH, er helt klart at de tror at ejerboliger er langt størstedelen af markedet. De fleste bor billigt i almen eller andel. De er bare utilgængelige. Synd at lave politik på baggrund af en lille del af boligmarkedet.

@Schuldensuehner @SpecialSitsNews Wait. A national bank buying stocks? Why? I get the norwegian oil fund diversifying oil profit into broader stock market. But that’s earned profit. Why is it not super problematic if central banks just starts printing money and buying stocks?

@jnordvig But if the bond is paying no interest what’s the upside, why not just keep cash? At least you won’t expose yourself to risk that inflation does come and wreck the value of these bonds. Is it because they have stupid terms saying they must be x% bonds?

@karpathy @lexfridman Neat! I think the timestamp format is nice for media players to put subtitles on videos and not so nice for humans to read. Later videos are divided into sections/subjects. It would be cool to mine these, and then have whole sections transcribed verbatim. Then it becomes a blog!

@CurtLiliegreen Sjovt, sidder netop i Barcelona og skal have en lejlighed. Markedet er helt vildt lige nu og man skal nok slippe en 1200€ for 50m2 uden forbrug. Dertil 10% af årlige leje i “agency fee” som engangsbetaling. De unge og lokale uden expat løn har ikke en chance.

@CurtLiliegreen Har i nogen graf med overstående inklusiv rente (fast) og boligbyrde indtegnet? Måske inkl. markeringer ved større tiltag som afdragsfrie lån ☺️

@CurtLiliegreen Ingen tvivl om det - men udtrykket er for mig blevet en smule udvandet. Jeg ville ønske vi havde et der var niveauet over ekspert, til eksempelvis folk der har forsket i emnet i mange år. Der er self "forsker" som i denne sammenhæng nok har lidt mere "pow" end ekspert 😉

@TeslaStockholm @jeremyphoward In a perfect world.. If you stay home, don't infect others and recover from your disease then you haven't made the situation worse by spreading disease or putting strain on the hospitals. So in that sense, it is not important if you had the disease or not. Sounds weird I know :)
