Its not certain what the practicality/constitutionality of the law is. I certainly wouldnt be surprised if a district court strikes this down as unconstitutional under the 1st amendment. but it's not something to be testing out in the mean time.

I used to wonder why the online trans community is so barren of anyone over ~3 years HRT until I got to that point myself.
I guess the longer you assimilate into society the less you want to surround yourself with people who remind you why you transitioned in the first place.
