We had a staff reflection session yesterday with Rob, our psychologist. It was so nice to be able to talk about the reasons why we enjoy our roles and what inspires us to do what we do. Thankyou Rob 🙏 @GMMH_NHS @Rufusmay @chels_johnsonx

A wonderful art session was had yesterday by Ann with our ladies, where they created trees using paints and cotton buds to create the leaves @GMMH_NHS @AnnJinOT @ChristineE_OT

We are all so greatful to our lovely nurse Chelsea, who bought our ladies lots of chocolates and taught us how to make chocolate sleighs. It was such a great activity and enjoyed by all @BhandaryNishan @chels_johnsonx @AnnJinOT @ChristineE_OT @GMMH_NHS

My son is so thoughtful bless him. I've not been in the best of places lately and this morning he woke me up with a hot chocolate with marshmallows on it 😋

Today we also had a relaxation session with Ann and in the afternoon we had a game which i called five senses. Our ladies were brilliant at guessing what things were and all won a prize @ChristineE_OT @AnnJinOT @GMMH_NHS

I have just been I'm b&m on manchester fort and a lovely lady told me to have a great Christmas and said "your people saved my life years ago" God bless the people who supported her through her time of need 🙏 ❤️ @GMMH_NHS
