For the millionth time: MOST SCIENTISTS ARE FINE WITH NIH FUNDING REFORM. We complain about it ALL THE TIME. But this type of reform requires a scalpel, not a machete. And it should be performed by someone with actual knowledge of how this system works.

@DutchRojas It has nothing to do with regulations All to do with demography of doctors If you replace native men with immigrants and women The latter will pick safe low risk high reward option 99% of time It's basic biology
