I tend to agree. The only thing is that the more I use AI, I realize how good it is at efficiently synthesizing and delivering answers with perfect grammar and language; however, the intellect is limited by what itās been trained on as well as the nuances of your prompt. I think AI gets super interesting when itās able to create new incremental knowledge and insights beyond what itās trained on.

There is a lot of waste in F&B businesses. Not just food waste but time spent on stuff that shouldnāt exist in the first place, space utilization, workflow, etc. When you walk into your space, question the purpose of every square foot, wondering its best use. The restaurant business is a game of inches and requires supreme focus and effort to stay productive.

Still early but acts as a thought partner for marketing, productivity, etc. loyalty will be transformed via hyper personalization. Productivity enhanced through scheduling via improved forecasting, ordering/receiving, etc. these are not all off the shelf to use today but will become accessible.

Stories can make something average feel special. So what really is special then is the perception we create around it. If stories can transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, then what truly makes something special isnāt just the thing itselfāitās the meaning, emotion, and identity we attach to it.
