That's not what it says. I've read it myself. Also even a smidgen of logic could tell you that such s law would be pointless. As would ending such a law. Like it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize the government has been using propaganda on its own people before any such laws and after.

I'm no lib but I'll call out bs when I see it. What you posting simply is not true. HR4310 was not 'banned' it was and still IS active. the act was CHANGED under Obama but never 'reactivated' or something. The bill originally kept local media from covering news about actual US propaganda being distributed abroad. The change allowed media to cover it. That's it, that's the change. Now one could argue that the change means that the government could make fake news meant for our enemies and intentionally allow it to make US headlines as some weird way to get around it but if that's the case then say that as at least that's accurate and not this conspiracy theory slop that is easily debunked. You know there is a reason the stereotype of a conservative is Dale Gribble-ish? because of people making claims like yours without actually reading into it.

@imainacup very creative but I think if you had given the knight a surcoat it would have made an even more striking resemblance. to be clear a surcoat is a simple cloth much like a poncho that goes over the armor and is simply decretive, usually is has their lords house insignia on it.
