Fellow administrators, when you are looking to improve academic performance(rigor, I hate that buzz word) for your teachers do you push them towards AI for help or other resources?

One piece of advice I always give my teachers: Show up with confidence. When students believe their teacher is the best, they believe they can learn. Your confidence becomes their confidence.

One of the most toxic traits we have as school administrators is being overly optimistic and nice. Even when we know a lesson didn’t go well, we often try to spin it positively for the teacher. But sometimes, the best support we can give is honest, constructive feedback. We need to call a spade a spade, because real growth starts with real conversations.
