Over recent weeks, I have made the decision to seek professional help for issues relating to OCD, anxiety, and depression. These are issues I've dealt with my whole life. The themes of obsession change. From thinking I would forget to breath, to worrying about religion or death, to having intrusive thoughts that make me physically sick to my stomach. While the severity of my symptoms fluctuated, my lowest points would often leave me feeling like a sick, disgusting person. Choosing to speak up about this is mostly for self-serving reasons. I need to give this a label, move forward with treatment, and give myself grace. During childhood and briefly during 2020-2021, I briefly spoke with a therapist regarding a likely case of OCD. In the coming weeks I am starting Lexapro to alleviate some of the symptoms. Furthermore, I hope to work with my primary care doctor, a psychologist, and a psychiatrist to get a formal diagnosis and move forward with cognitive behavioral therapy. I've maintained being productive, masking the pain inside of me. I knew it was time for a change when things I enjoy were no longer redeeming for me, and my thoughts accounted for every waking second of my time. Difficulty sleeping, nausea & vomiting, and a relentless thought loop have dominated and controlled me for weeks. I struggled with this because I have a great life, a wonderful family & friends, and enjoy various hobbies. How could I not overcome some silly thoughts? Why do little or irrelevant details occupy my mind 24/7? Truthfully, I feel weak for allowing myself to spiral to this point. I have everything I could ever ask for, and I begin & end most days feeling empty. But that is why I cannot downplay this anymore. I need help, and now I'm in a place where I'm ready to open myself up and face a disease that's been haunting me got over a decade. If you need help, please seek professional help. You can use Gixen to automatically snipe auctions w/ your desired bid; it's a "bot" bot it doesn't get priority over human bids or anything unethical. Only call into question is if eBay ever cracked down on sniping, although that would hurt the total value of auctions because so many get bid up in the last minute.

Been hammering these eBay auctions; I'm sure many would find it boring but I love the hunt...
