My home #Sonos system, which I finally was able to dial in, is now missing after the new #sonpsapp update. Sonos is a decent product with the worst app. It literally encourages people to turn away from the product. I’ll never buy Sonos again. #sonossucks @Sonos @BestBuy

@ronnytobler @Sonos And rubbing salt in the wound are the tech savvy people who comment that we are all just too stupid to be able to use it properly…. When the sign of a quality product is having it be able to plug and play. We are talking speakers here… not quantum physics.
