Thorpe Park plan to build the UK’s tallest rollercoaster at 236ft (72m) in the Old Town area of the park! Opening date is TBC but they predict construction will start late 2022 if all goes ahead! 🎢 🏗.

Life is actually wild…. My day consisted of taking photos on the site of a brand new rollercoaster, to then putting on sale tickets to my own event at my favourite theme park in the world. Younger me would not be able to comprehend the position I’m in. Forever grateful ❤️.

Thorpe Park have just confirmed that Angry Birds Land will be leaving the park at the end of the 2023 season! It’s set to be replaced by a new land for the 2024 season! 🎢

Thorpe Park have applied for planning permission to redevelop one side of Amity Beach! . This new area will feature a stage, landscaping, food and beverage kiosks and seating areas. It has been codenamed Project Pivot!

The demolition of Creek Freak Massacre (Loggers Leap’s station) started today! 🚧🪓. The demolition isn’t fully complete yet, so I’ll post more photos/ videos as and when I get them. Genuinely had a tear in my eye when the digger first went in!

Great news!! 🎢✅. Natural England have withdrawn their objection to Thorpe Park’s new rollercoaster application. Having received more information and clarification from the park, they no longer have an issue with the project!

We’re in the Endgame now!!! 🎢🔥. Project Exodus has been added to the Council’s Planning Committee meeting agenda for the 5th October!. The agenda states that the planning committee will be recommended to GRANT planning permission for the project ✅
