I'm happy na I was able to bond with one of my circle of friends today and tell them about my condition. May iyakan but at the end of the day I felt their love and support, I was lucky to have met and be part of this circle.

I just want to share, I've been wanting to gain weight these past months and actually I did gain some weight after bulking plus going to the gym but when I started getting sick I started to lose weight again. Ngayong medyo malakas na ulit ako+

I'm trying to go back to the gym and start eating foods na good for gaining weight again para mag improve body ko. Hate it but medyo nagiging insecure ako sa body ko at muka since my friends always say na pumayat ako which is totoo naman. I hope to gain weight na ulet agad.

Sakin mga naging symptoms ko. Madalas ako nilalagnat sa gabi, tapos naging sensitive skin ko, di gumagaling shin injury ko etc. much better parin bro to get tested nalang para sa peace of mind mo rin.

Hello sibs, ask lang if saan merong cd4 testing na clinic dito around north caloocan? Sira kasi yung sa hub ko kaya wala pa silang pang cd4 testing. Balak ko sana sa iba nalang magpa cd4 kesa hintayin maayos yung sa hub ko. Salamat in advance sa mga sasagot.😄
