This is false. Exhaltation is a catch-all term kinda like general Christians say "saved." And there are more than 3 kingdoms. There are 3 higher kingdoms, which are each divided in 3, so 9 actually. But these are less kingdoms in the sense of physical places or borders and more of a state of being a "King," hence king-dom. They are all "gods," as the state of being after this life is that of a resurrected imortal being. So what are they Kings of? Their own domains. Separate from this universe which belongs to God, and this earth and all that's in it which belongs to Jesus Christ. Mormons answer the question of what eternity means in practical terms. Eons of singing praises to Jesus in some kind of heavenly choir (sounds like actual hell) might sound nice to a few, but anyone with any drive & curiosity likely isn't too thrilled with the idea of being a slave for the rest of existence. Mormon theology is that of God's first comandment: be fruitful and multiply taken to the nth degree. That obviously requires more than limited mortal thinking. Sounds pretty good actually.
