I’ve held a day job for the last 10 years (painfully)..yes fckn TEN YRS…so I could pursue music and stay afloat. It’s been brutal tbh but I’m currently drinking a Bloody Mary, smoking a joint, and writing my resignation letter. Easily one of the happiest moments I’ve ever had <3
Absolutely breaks my heart that a female artist was raped by BK... after she opened for him that night. We preach diversity, inclusivity, etc.. but it’s all smoke in mirrors. We can’t just rely on women to come forward- men need to actively call others out when they hear/see it.
I think
@JWorra
played a song about bad bitches in the club that said 1 2 4 3 none of these hoes look better than me and I need the ID on that track ASAP
shit was HOT
so stop asking why there arent more women working in music. It fucking hurts sometimes. It is degrading, abusive and just plain challenging in ways it shouldn’t be. I really hope we can weed out those who continue to abuse their “power” & I hope BB Mars finds peace w all of this
The label A&R for
@freakin909
has been reaching out asking for demos.. addressing me as “hun” after I kindly passed and told him he shouldn’t call female artists that he called me a hypersensitive feminist and then called me “hun” several more times. Good luck, buddy.
Imagine trying to work towards a music career and then that happens... the internal struggle about coming forward or the feeling dirty/in shock. The worry about what your career might become if u speak up. MOST FEMALE ARTISTS HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS IN SOME FORM-myself included.
for those of u wondering.. yes I had a panic attack at dinner bc I was sitting next to Ciara and whatever football guy got to marry her… I may never come back from this 🫠
Seeing all the trash left behind each night after a festival is a major buzz kill. Just throwing this tweet out there in hopes that festival goers will take note and try to be proactive in cleaning up after themselves and their crew. Accountability is key 🙌🏽
Just got the artwork back for my first headline tour and feeling emotional about it. I had this idea about a year and a half ago and my team & I have worked nonstop to make it happen... I can’t wait to show you guys <3

There are way too many dudes with egos in this industry.. grow tf up.. if you have too much pride to acknowledge successful women then you are part of the problem
Idk if it’s bc I’m a female or bc I’m a cancer or bc I’m a lil b*tch but it takes me soooo long to get over break ups... which is prob why I don’t date very often
Can someone plz come slap the feelings outta me?
last night at the bar there were 2 ppl sitting together with masks on and their hoods up.. They asked if they could come hang by us and assuming they were lesbians I said SURE… turns out they were 14 yr old boys
and this is why I shouldn’t day drink
Fun fact- I use ableton stock plug ins/instruments more than any other software plug ins... the arp effect is one of my favorites for FX and little rhythmic elements. New producers don’t ever feel like you need to drain your bank account on fancy stuff :)
so emotional putting my pride sets together this world is just so fckn heavy. If you see me tearing up during my sets just know it’s a combo of heartbreak & anger for this shithole country we live in. So many ppl have to deal with it & take hit after hit it is soul crushing
Absolutely heartbreaking. How can women be part of this industry - whether it’s a music fan, artist, manager, writer, etc- and be safe? Someone please tell me bc I don’t know anymore
