Barack Obama and Mitch McConnell both had the opportunity to help these farmers and chose instead to send aid to foreign countries ignoring their own citizens in favor of sending aid over seas.
In a move that screams bureaucratic betrayal, a looming court decision might strip 454 farmers in Kentucky and Illinois of their land, turning 70,000 acres into a governmental grab without a dime in compensation. This disaster, courtesy of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Olmsted Locks and Dam project, started under Obama's watch in 2013, but neither he, nor senators like Durbin, Duckworth, or McConnell, lifted a finger. Instead, they've been busy playing Santa with foreign aid while American farmers drown in red tape and floodwater. Now, with the legal clock allegedly run out, these farmers face losing everything unless @POTUS steps in. Washington's hypocrisy is on full display: lavish funds for global feel-good projects, but crickets for the folks back home who feed the nation. Here's hoping Trump gives these farmers the lifeline they desperately need.

What a hypocrite. You have exceeded your authority with your unconstitutional mandates, taking lavish vacations on the taxpayerβs money, citing people for attending church, mishandling funds and numerous other offenses. Hopefully @DOGE looks into your administrationβs spending
Our government was built with checks and balances to protect our people. If @POTUS is exceeding his authority, itβs the courtsβ duty to stop him. Fix government β don't hurt our friends and neighbors by breaking it.
