@krystalball should some local judge be able to tell the federal govt cannot audit its own agencies? How does that work? These judges are not following law but are activists.

@VideoGameHstry good game, but N64 had a bunch of racers I enjoyed more like F-Zero X, Waverace 64, Diddy Kong Racing, Beetle Adventure Racing.

@LizaGoitein Ask why is a judge against an audit of the treasury? Reason given is legalese "cybersecurity"? So the guy that is charge of multiple tech based companies including Starlink utilized in the Ukraine war, somehow doesn't understand cybersecurity? Judge is clearly compromised.

@lizalilyana @thatgirlenzi @EmmaVigeland The owners of the venue could have declined to press charges also, but interfering with a live event is not free speech, you should probably stop projecting calling me "an imbecile". 😉

@TungstenWire_ @EmmaVigeland Interfering with a live event usually has its own statute in most US states, so yes. If there is not one in PA, can hit him with trespassing which is enforceable in all 50 states in some form. He was not there to protest, but to dance, so yes, illegal.

@TungstenWire_ @EmmaVigeland OK, still not legal and the police are correct to detain/arrest this person.

@thatgirlenzi @EmmaVigeland OK, so you agree with me at the very least he should be charged with a crime?

@thatgirlenzi @EmmaVigeland you writing is terrible though, but what can I expect form someone that believes interfering with a live event is actually free speech.

@thatgirlenzi @EmmaVigeland No, there are actual criminal laws on the books for interfering with events in most states. Also every state has laws on trespassing, once you do things where the owners of a facility want you to leave their property and you don't, you can be arrested by police for trespassing.

@thatgirlenzi @EmmaVigeland I am responding to your false narrative that "cops were looking for any reason", as if they planned to arrest back up dancers before the show started, you sound like a moron lol No offense.

@thatgirlenzi @EmmaVigeland No, they could ask the person to leave the studio, if he refused they could call the cops and have him arrested for trespassing. Thats the way actual laws work.

@thatgirlenzi @EmmaVigeland No, you are wrong and laughable ignorant if you think interfering with a live performance is a free speech issue.

@thatgirlenzi @EmmaVigeland Really? Cops were looking for any excuse to charge him with a crime? So were there other backup dancers getting detained too?

@thatgirlenzi @EmmaVigeland OK, so a backup dancer decides to interfere with a live performance is still not a free speech issue. Would it be OK for Emma and Sam to have guests on their podcast that obstruct the camera and shout, "Trump, Trump Trump!!!" and interfere with their show?
