just a lil update, got bloodwork. Im stage 2 hypertension which is like crazy blood pressure so hit the era era and taking this shit seriously. Been at the gym a week and going super hard on a diet. if anyone going through the same shit its not impossible. Want it
this is 2 multigrain wheat bread, 3 eggs omelitialized?, 0 fat cheese slice, and 150g strawberries or blueberries depends or both depends on if im going to the gym that day

if you put the cheese first before the eggs with just avacado oil it will like get it crispy on one side and it melts, I have a hard time melting it so I do it this way I cant tell that its fat free at all

I’m doing 1500 and never felt better , it’s def the higher end but since I’m working out and feel good energy wise throughout the day , and don’t feel hungry at night it works for me
