Watching some elite college coaches/teams and 1 thing is common. Elite coaches allow/encourage assistants to coach. HS coaches, if you have 5 assistants and all you do is allow them to clap…then that’s a culture built on a sand foundation.

@ChrisPullem I’ll go further. How cool/easy would it be to schedule 16th region double headers- especially for rivalries. 2-3x per season would be electric for the kids. I know you guys would build it up as well

@ChrisPullem Tbh I’m not sure what’s being taught in HS . Teams have 7th period and 2hr practices everyday. Im seeing same stuff teams ran 10 yrs ago. Defensively either play zone or switching every screen. Give up a few L’s to learn.
