AI voices are the norm now aren’t they? So, we gave Jessie her first JK promotional lines to quote and we hope she does a job for us. Thanks AI for doing the work for us. Maybe one day you can do the manual work and install an underfloor heating system for us too. 🙏

@robincrosse Ha ha. Oh how I’d have loved to have said that Robin. I don’t want to say that it will all be fine when the reality is that it remains relatively untested. You have however given us something new to test. How long can you wait 😂😉

@robincrosse If we do have data on it Robin then of course I will eat my words as I’m only providing my personal experiences. Just something about routing a block and beam floor doesn’t leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling inside.

@robincrosse Really good question Robin. In those types of situations I’d certainly avoid. Personally done it once on a property 5 years ago and it’s still standing but wouldn’t make it common practice.

@OriginalShedboi We only channel approx 16mm into floors so ideally we never hit any pipe. Has been on the occasion we’ve hit an old copper gas fire pipe. If we know pipe is close to the surface of the floor then we avoid as much as we can.
