@StoolBaseball @ChrisKlemmer It’s a good problem to have certainly. But in an ideal world, they have to trade Yoshida. His contract and defense is not worth it. Especially when Devers will be playing plenty of DH late in the season.

I love what it means. The front office finally put their money where their mouth is. They spent the money. We got a RH veteran bat and a strong front line starter. We added some pieces to the pen too. As a Sox fan, I just want to compete. That’s it. The last several years, we haven’t had that hope. Go Sox!

@DavidGee32 I’d rather trade Masa, move Devers to 3rd, and have Bregman play third. Have Cambell play second. Our defense will still be a thing until then. We’ll see how things play out though.

@DavidGee32 Got Buehler too. They have made some moves this offseason. Bregman and Crochet are the big fish though.

According to my sources, Texas football coach Steve Sarkisian has hired Rutgers CB coach Mark Orphey to replace Blake Gideon. Orphey, a North Shore grad, had strong ties to Houston. He's viewed as an excellent hire for the Longhorns.
