This may seem odd or silly to many of us in the UK, but it shows the respect German clubs, players and football as a whole, have towards the fans. Fans own the clubs there, cos fans dedicate so much to it and fans are the reason why clubs exist. Credit for valuing the fans!

Exactly. Klopp took a team from 8th (PL) to 99, 97 and 92 points as well as 3 CL finals within 8 years, with a fraction of the net spend of City, Real Madrid and others. It has never been done by any other Mgr, ever, not even close.
