The summer before your freshman year of college is the most important. Play all summer. Lift all summer. Keep in mind, the returners at the school you're going to are playing all summer. You have to be ready to compete your ass off for playing time. The recruiting process is over. You have to show up game ready. Yes, game ready. and You have to be more physical than you realize.
