Israel controls everything at the land & sea border, as well as the airspace. If Palestinians move across it is because of Israel's discretion. Hence, occupation.

Nowhere in the definition of Genocide in the GC does it say there has to be a population change. Mf, the whole point of the GC was to not stop only AFTER the genocide was committed.

@The_Maggid @JewsFightBack @amnesty It's been 40,000 for months now. No expert accepts that is the final figure, and some claim the casualities could be as much as 186,000. So I don't think 'look at how inefficient we are at killing people' is a great argument.
BREAKING: The Lancet has just published this article "conservatively" estimating that the death toll in the Gaza genocide could be 186,000 people or more. That's 8% of the population, obliterated. These are apocalyptic figures.

Nothing more horrible than dying in the fire. No fire trucks. No water. No fire extinguishers. Last update is that 20 people from the same family were killed in this massacre in Mawasi Khan Younis. And notice the secondary explosion of a cooking gas canister.

@The_Maggid @JewsFightBack @amnesty You obviously haven't read the report. AM clearly states that Israel has left no safe zones in Gaza. Every directed safe zone has been bombed. the turning point was Rafah, where the ICJ warned Israel not to bomb it after directing civilains there. Snoking gun.
