The problem is that they stray way too far from the original look of the AI image. You have to replicate the aura of it to retain the funny. Here is an example of a redraw done correctly.
I'm not a fan of ai art either but it's an unfortunate truth about remaking a shitpost
This is like when people found out Mr. Chedda was AI,
So a bunch of Twitter artists redrew it trying to prove a point

Heads up. In DBFZ doing this sends more packets during online play. Since it's the same engine, it's probably gonna do the same here. It might cause connection instability

DBFZ has shown that people are capable of doing a Quarter Circle guys. We can stop adding simple inputs in new games for people who aren't going to stick around anyways
*Special moves in the game are done with a direction and the Arts button (eg. 4+Arts and 6+Arts are special move inputs). Traditional inputs such as the 236 motion are nonexistent in the game.
*Super moves are performed similarly, but with the N button (eg. 6+Arts+N is LvL 3).

The difference is how strong defense is
Dbfz has extremely strong movement and defensive system mechanics, and ton of the cast now have invol moves.
Mk1 it's very limited, not every character has tools to deal with it and the system mechanics don't really help out
Krillin rock assist is the only assist that stays active when the main character gets hit in DBFZ, it’s annoying and looks stupid in this clip. This is LITERALLY the Mortal Kombat 1 “meta”. That’s why the game is dying 6 months in.
