Las Vegas mass shooter Stephen Paddock had reportedly told people around him he was a “government experiment,” and would often lie in bed “moaning and screaming” in mental anguish.
This week, the FBI released records related to those claims.
A new batch of J6 records shows the FBI executed 'disruptions' ahead of J6
'Disruptions' can include criminal arrests, but in the COINTELPRO era they referred to undercover informants infiltrating political groups and sowing discord
A few highlights from the latest records
🧵
The FBI interviewed an ex-agent who was at Capitol Hill on J6 w/ two other suspected active-duty plainclothes agents.
A summary of the interview says it was recorded. But the DOJ claims that no such recording exists.
A new batch of J6 records was released this week, showing emails w/ top FBI official Steven D'uantono about obtaining a subpoena for someone--right at 1 pm on J6 as Trump was still giving his speech
Then at 2 pm w/ riot ongoing, they talk about interviewing a subject
Weird
I haven't covered the election-fraud stuff much, but this appears to be big. A lawyer in Michigan has been arrested for leaking internal Dominion records, which purportedly show criminality. The lawyer
@AttyStefLambert
has been arrested over the matter.
An FBI informant stalked a teenager into his father's office, offered to take him to lunch, gave him an ISIS flag and took a photo of the teen in front of the flag.
This case marks at least the 5th teen targeted by the FBI since last July.
🧵
The only other case I'm aware of where the DOJ declined to prosecute a J6er was the Ray Epps case.
The DC USAO declined to prosecute Epps in mid-2021.
The Epps investigation was only reopened after Revolver, Thomas Massie, Julie Kelly etc put the matter in the spotlight.
In August 2020, an FBI undercover agent code-named “Red” unsuccessfully tried to foment a plot to assassinate Colorado’s AG. The next month, an FBI undercover agent with the same code-name and physical description appeared in the Whitmer plot...
In Sept. 2021, filed a FOIA request for Gen. Milley's notes on Jan. 6 -- notes where he deemed Epoch Times and Newsmax as terrorist threats, according to Bob Woodward.
Earlier this month, I was told that no such notes exist.
Wild new details about the 2012 incident w/ the ex-Capitol Policeman and J6 poster boy now running for Congress
He allegedly assaulted his then-wife, pointed a gun at her and beat her son
Dunn denied beating the boy and claimed self-defense against his wife squeezing his balls
Very disturbing ... one of the men entrapped in the Whitmer kidnap case attempted to kill himself at least 6 times in jail before he finally took a plea deal in March.
His codefendants were exonerated in September.
Friday marks the 29th anniversary of the OKC bombing, which officials such as AG Merrick Garland -- who worked on that case -- insist was done by a "lone wolf"
But previously unpublicized records suggest Timothy McVeigh had help from bank robbers -- and federal informants

Investigative reporter

nails it here:
"The intelligence agencies feel like they’re running the committees here, rather than the committees conducting oversight of them."
The details of this are incredible. Along with the "hitman" being a fed, the DOJ never proved that Iran was involved--the only evidence is that the suspect had a IRGC-QF patch on his coat.
Oh, and Steven D’Antuono (who oversaw Whitmer plot) was involved!
An Iranian officer hired a hitman to travel to Washington, corner John Bolton in a garage, and kill him, according to the FBI. But it turned out the hired assassin was secretly an FBI informant.
I am reposting this because a J6 criminal defense attorney is posting 💯 inaccurate information about entrapment defense.
As the Whitmer federal fednapping trial demonstrated, defendants who do not plead guilty can go to trial with an entrapment defense. (Judge Jonker allowed
A first responder to the OKC bombing testified today at the congressional hearing on the FBI's Jan. 5/6 pipe bombs investigation.
Former special agent Barry Black was also an FBI sniper who participated in the Waco massacre.
In light of today's monumental ruling that exonerates three Whitmer kidnap defendants, let's look at the key points of the case.
The Null brothers and Eric Molitor had quite an uphill battle, starting with the AG's office spreading lies about them during pretrial proceedings.

James Comey's daughter filed a declaration to keep the FBI's records on Jeffrey Epstein secret, on the grounds that Ghislaine Maxwell could be granted a new trial soon -- among other reasons
The judge sided with Comey and the FBI this week, allowing the records to stay secret.
If Epoch Times turns out to be a giant money-laundering front, would that free a reporter from his/her NDA and free him/her to talk about how his/her editor killed a story about a literal neo-Nazi domestic terrorist working as a federal contractor?

The FBI has apparently interviewed at least some of the 6 people who the Buffalo shooter communicated with 30 mins before his rampage
The FBI told me these records are in an "investigative file," but can't be released.
They used him as cannon fodder in Iraq, killed his baby in an unwarranted FBI raid, and then are sending him to prison despite him being currently hospitalized from combat injuries
🚨Newly released FBI records include an email thread with the subject line, "Stand down. See Below" the day before Jan. 6🚨
The vast majority of this email thread is redacted, so it's unclear what the "stand down" order was in relation to.
Last week, we revealed that an FBI informant created a Nazi group that marched in Charlottesville.
That's far from the whole story.
Records indicate that other FBI-infiltrated groups were there, including one that marched with the homicidal driver.
🚨FED FILES, ROUND 2🚨—The first story of this series was about an inmate who’s been retaliated against. Now let’s look at one of the inmate’s main disclosures: He’s filed an FBI memo showing that his former group was founded by an undercover informant.
This Ukraine leaker shouldn't be viewed as a Snowden-type leaker.
He literally posted classified docs on Discord to impress his gamer bros, with no care for what information he exposed in this process.
That's very different from the responsible approach Snowden took by working
Roussseau’s arrest apparently has people finally interested in what’s happening in Charlottesville. I’ve been covering this issue over the last year.
Check it out:
🚨🇺🇸 Patriot Front leader Thomas Rousseau has been arrested for "burning with intent to intimidate” because he took part in a torchlit march at Charlottesville in 2017
In the past year, multiple people have been arrested and prosecuted for taking part in this rally 7 years ago.
This FBI report corroborates David Gletty's claim that the FBI staged Nazi rallies in the mid-2000s
The names are redacted, but Gletty's the Orlando organizer.
And the New York organizer was FBI informant Hal Turner
And Toledo was Jeff Schoep, who now works w/ DHS

But then, the defense caught a major break when FBI agent Henrik Impola was caught presenting doctored evidence to the jury.
This might have been the most significant part of the trial, as it revealed Impala for the goon that he is.
In court today, federal prosecutors will discuss my reporting on an important terrorism case. In a breathtaking assault on journalism, the Justice Department has accused me of having "improper motives" to "taint the jury pool." 🧵
🚨BIG BREAKING NEWS🚨 Jesse Trentadue has sued the FBI for records about CIA asset Roger Moore, as well as for records about possible FBI front group Aryan Republican Army.
Trentadue's lawsuit comes 8.5 years after he filed a FOIA for these records.

So I wrote something up on it here:

and Daniel Harris as kidnap conspirators -- despite the fact that they were found innocent last year.
The FBI memo also says that a hospital official sent an email to employees, instructing them not to search for Paddock’s medical records. The name of the official who sent the email was redacted, and no more details about this incident are included in the records.
Yes I'm being petty and credit to Shellenberger for giving attention to this story, but the pipe bomb surveillance footage was NOT first reported on by Blaze/Revolver. It was released 5 months ago by Massie and I reported on it at the time.

about Satanic cult 764 member Kyle Spitze and the bizarre death of his mother.
Spitze's father told me this: "Kyle did not have anything to do with his mother’s murder."
Murder?
One of the darker cases I've come across recently.
As in the Whitmer case, the defendant wasn't allowed to play audio recordings showing that he refused to participate in plot to build a so-called X-ray gun.
And like Whitmer case, that man is now rotting in Florence supermax.
An FBI agent apparently asked a hospital worker about rumors that Paddock had been on a “psychiatric hold”—when a patient is being mentally evaluated, often involuntarily.

Tucker Carlson's biographer just released his final monologue that would have aired 1 yr ago today
Tucker was apparently going to interview former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, who was set to reveal feds in the J6 crowd
Fox has yet to release the interview. Looks juicy!
Just wrapped this book and my mind is absolutely blown. Every single person should read this immediately. You have to come to terms with the institutional evil we are fighting—from pharmaceuticals, psychology, the judicial system, media and intelligence agencies.

I reached out to every "head" of this committee for the last decade. All but Devin Nunes denied telling this to Carlson.
🚨INTRODUCING THE FED FILES🚨—a trove of documents that describe a vast FBI operation to provoke right-wing violence.
I’m planning to release a series of stories about this in the coming days. But first, a look at the source of the Fed Files.

Then, the heroic defense attorney William Barnett got Impola to admit that his undercover informant were the ones to train the defendants.
Another major blow to the prosecution's case.
God bless the defense attorneys, too. The one Null attorney can be seen crying at the end. It shows they really cared and really believed in their clients' innocence
Not a lot to celebrate related to American jurisprudence these days--so soak this in.
Verdicts announced in case of 3 men charged in Whitmer fednapping hoax. God bless this jury.

🚨BREAKING🚨: The FBI arrested another member of the Satanic pedophile cult 764 on Jan. 31, only for a judge to release him on bond Monday. You guys aren't going to believe the details of this case:
Paddock’s rumored hospital trips were first revealed in Dec. 2017, when it was reported that law enforcement issued a search warrant for Paddock’s medical records.
There were also media reports from 2017 about Paddock being prescribed Valium and Diazepam.
One of the reports from Dec. 2020 indicates the FBI was looking at an Antifa member who might have planned to attend the Capitol Hill rally. That report is almost entirely redacted, but it does identify the case type as “anarchist extremist”—FBI parlance for Antifa.
Thank you
@amuse
for sharing!
We need some big accounts to blow this out of the water. The evidence is all right here that the FBI stages Nazi rallies!!!!!!
FALSE FLAG:
@HeadlineUSA
uncovered evidence proving that the FBI as far back as Robert Mueller's tenure has been staging Nazi-style rallies using informants and operatives. How many FBI assets are in the Patriot Front? Are they responsible for the outfits?
I recently talked to Andreas Carl Strassmeir about how the Showtime drama, 'Waco: The Aftermath,' depicts him as being involved in the Oklahoma City bombing.
Here's what Andy had to say.
Yet another report shows the FBI opened a “sensitive investigative matter,” which are investigations into the media, congressional offices, churches, legal defense teams and other “sensitive” institutions.
Was the FBI probing a congressman or journalist ahead of J6?
On this date 40 years ago, the FBI and U.S. Marshals were encircling fugitive Gordon Kahl in rural Arkansas.
Kahl would be classified as America's first right-wing domestic terrorist, but records and witnesses tell a different story ...
But little attention has been paid to Paddock’s possible Mesa View visits since then. Even when the FBI released new records this week, most media outlets concentrated on a possible motive for his killing spree: some $38,000 in gambling losses
These are the documents showing that the National Socialist Movement, or NSM, was founded by an informant.
NSM is one of America's oldest and largest Nazi organizations. It's connected to numerous crimes and violent events, including the 2017 Charlottesville rally

Along with lying that the defendants were members of the "Wolverine Watchmen" militia, prosecutor Bill Rollstin repeated a false story about Barry Croft putting a bounty on an FBI informant's head
Interesting theory I've posted about before:
Timothy McVeigh, the alleged domestic terrorist responsible for the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing that killed 168 people is actually a FBI agent that goes by the name Paul Wysopal
"At the time, the FBI just before that was having me put on Nazi protests, and there were Nazi protests that were handled by the FBI, and operatives like myself."
As a child, Peter Langan witnessed Quang Duc's self-immolation from an embassy rooftop
His CIA dad filmed the scene as "Peter's nostrils filled w/ the rancid smell of burning flesh"
Langan is linked to the OKC bombing, and recently became the first prisoner to get a sex change
@brandon_caserta
By the end, desperate William Rollstin was having a mental breakdown.
"BEHAVE!" he shrieked at journalist
@NotRadix
simply for standing up during his closing argument.
Investigators referred to U.S. Army Colonel Michael Aquino’s church, the Temple of Set, as a “sadomasochistic devil-worshipping sect.”
The FBI released Aquino records May 19, including his letters complaining about this characterization.
@brandon_caserta
Rollstin was a real gem. Along with spreading lies, he attacked a reporter for asking why the AG was calling the defendants Wolverine Watchmen members
2 people named Stephen Paddock stayed at a hospital where the mass shooter was rumored to be a psych patient, but investigators apparently didn't think they were the same person because the SSNs didn't match
Because it's preposterous to think a terrorist would have multiple SSNs
I'm more optimistic about the chances for Croft and Fox after today's hearing than I was going into it
It's always a good sign for the defense when a judge goes, "Oh come on, really?" in response to a statement from the prosecution.
Another report shows the FBI opened an investigation before the 2020 election took place. The date of that FBI report is redacted, but identifies someone or some group that was “likely planning to conduct acts of violence related to the upcoming 2020 elections.”
@brandon_caserta
