That's a fairly deeper question than you realize. Lower courts certainly can block things, that's their role in the division of powers. Every branch has its own way. Legislative - dont enact them Executive - veto them Judicial - block (stay) them The bigger question is if a lower court can put a national injunction on things, or whether its limited to the area of its authority. This is an issue that's been debated for a long time and pre-dates Trump

@TheNateSpeech @elonmusk So you were ok with Biden forgiving student loans even though he had no authority?

@ArtCandee @elonmusk Constitution always wins. Even if it means it gets in the way of what we support. If it only applies to the other side, we're as bad as they are.

@RealJamesWoods Carter tried this way back when, zero based budgeting. It was unworkable as proposed, and they were in a panic to stop it. It was stopped.

Other than you disagreeing with the outcome, what did the judge do wrong? He issued an injunction until you gave some sort of proof that what you are doing is authorized via a very short term hearing. I like what you are doing, but keep it Constitutional. Otherwise the people who come after you will have a broad range of newly created powers.

@spicyliltoaster In laws. Mother in law is the unseen force behind everything. She's the quiet comfort if lucky, but often the loud controversy. Rome had them, we still have them today. Mother in laws is what binds us and destroys us.
