Always found the idea of ‘talking about your problems’ repulsive. If it is with someone who can solve your specific individual problem, but this is rarely the case Most of the time ‘therapy’ style problem discussions just leaves your problems feeling bigger and you weaker

@FlameZA_YT Eating your last meal 4-5 hours before the gym, and having 20-30g carbs before should clear up your issue
