@GaneshMuthappan @ColletCarlos @twj1974 @ziadalinyc @PCRonline @yadersandoval @DrNataliaP NEVER use injection to define where the wire is - this is by definition high-pressure (small lumen / viscous contrast) & can significantly propagate a dissection plane - IVUS is the answer - as highlighted clearly here
