The Legislative Branch, the most powerful of the third branches, decides what is legal and illegal. The Judicial branch is to apply the law equally. The EXECUTIVE is to assure the Laws are ENFORCED. A man pretending to nurse an infant should have no say. @VP should. #ncpol
In America, decisions about what is legal and illegal are made by courts of law. Not by the Vice President.

WRONG. There are three branches. NOT CO EQUAL. In order of Constitutional Power: Legislative Executive Judicial has the LEAST authority per the Founders, BUT by Justitution has usurped the power of Congress and the Executive. Judicial ACTIVISM is a scourge in the USA. #ncpol
Itâs called the ârule of lawâ @jdvance. Our constitution created three co-equal branches of government to provide checks and balances on each other (âseparation of powersâ). The judiciary makes sure that the executive follows the law. If you do, then you wonât have problems.
