HLA-LOH testing may be relevant also in MMUD as well as in MUD transplants with non-core/non-permissive HLA-DP mismatches. We currently test for and have observed LOH in the three settings for patients transplanted @HamatologieUk and other centers in Germany 🇩🇪. 🧬 🩸 #ASH24

Indeed a very exciting event, which combined with the @TheEBMT_CTIWP Scientific Business Meeting, gave us the opportuity to hear about and discuss the advances and upcoming research in HCT and cellular therapies @TheEBMT from an immunobiological and immunogenetic point of view.
