@squarespace My email has been down since early this morning (7 hours) your online support sucks (thanks you @google for moving me to @foursquare) - will someone help or it’s time to move to another provider??

@squarespace I have been shut out of my emails since this morning and have been dealing with your customer support for 5 hours. I followed all instructions and I am still down. There is no disputed charges (I checked with Amex) and I provided a new payment card as requests. HELP!

15 days ago I took BA flight 1385 from Manchester to London. The Stewart spilled boiling tea on my back - the crew took good care of my burns and open a case (24843218). I was told that BA will get in touch - I am yet to hear from BA…. Ridiculous!
